Patrice Amprim is one of CSC’s Customer Service Representatives, handling customer inquiries and helping to educate customers about their insurance policies. Ms. Amprim brought more than 20 years of experience in Personal Insurance when she joined CSC in 2001. Prior to her position with CSC, she worked with the Githens Insurance Center in Belle Vernon as an Insurance Agent. Ms. Amprim is a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent. |

Kim Bevan, is a Union Township resident. Kim attended CCAC South and has been a licensed agent in Life, Fixed Annuities, Accident & Health since 1997. She has 16 years of experience in the insurance business and worked for First Health a Third Party Administrator, Advantage Health Plan, as a Sales Coordinator and Liberty Insurance Agency as a CSR. In 2005 she started Bevan Insurance Services working with companies on Group Benefits & Supplemental Lines, individuals with Individual Life Insurance, Health and Disability and serving as a Producer and District Manager for Ascencea selling Mortgage Protection. Kim joined CSC Insurance Options in September of 2007 as a Group Benefits Executive. She is also a member of ZONTA of Washington PA and an organizer and volunteer for the Washington County Annual Diabetes Golf Outing. |

Jill Brock, of Washington, has been a Group Benefits Sales Consultant with CSC Insurance Options since 2000. She holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Messiah College in Grantham, PA and earned her Health, Accident, Life and Annuities License in 2001. Ms. Brock works with group health, life, dental, vision and disability insurance clients who employ up to 200 people. She has played a role in CSC’s designation as a “President’s Council” Member with Health America/Health Assurance, the highest classification an agency can attain for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. |

Cheri Buza has been with CSC Insurance Options since 2002. A licensed agent in Property and Casualty, Mrs. Buza started as a receptionist, was promoted to a Personal Lines Customer Service Represantive in 2004. She is handling business retention and business development. She completed her Property & Casualty License in 2004 and earned a Certified Insurance Service Represantive (CISR) Designation in 2007. |

Pam Dolfi, a Fellsburg resident, joined CSC Insurance Options in 1985 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. She earned the position of Personal Lines Supervisor prior to her current capacity as Controller, which she has held since 1999. She has been a licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 1976. Prior to joining CSC, she was a Customer Service Representative with the Williams Insurance Agency in Belle Vernon, PA. As Controller, Ms. Dolfi oversees and authorizes all financial expenditures for the company. |

Teresa Ann Felt, CSC Insurance Options’ Receptionist, is a self-described People Person. Front line to everyone, she has been with the firm since 2002, also handling many responsibilities for President/Owner Thomas Svrcek. Ms. Felt is a Latrobe resident, and previously worked in Purchasing with Paxar in Sayre, PA for eight years prior to joining CSC. |

John J. Gilmore, a Belle Vernon resident, brings more than 25 years of experience to his clients at CSC Insurance Options. As head of the Benefits Department since joining CSC in 1998, Mr. Gilmore helps counsel individuals to locate the most advantageous solutions for their life, health, annuities and long-term care insurance needs. He currently has a portfolio of customers throughout Pennsylvania. Prior to joining CSC in 1998, Mr. Gilmore was a Partner in Belle Vernon Insurance. Mr. Gilmore has been a Life & Health Licensed Agent since 1978. |

Maria L. Giordano, a Rostraver Township resident, came to CSC Insurance Options in 2000 as a Personal Lines Sales Assistant after working as a Pharmacist Technician for six years. Upon earning her Property & Casualty Insurance License in 2001, she briefly worked in the Claims Department before moving in 2003 to her current position as a Commercial Insurance Administrative Representative. Mrs.Giordano provides support services for the Commercial Lines Department. |

Teresa L. (Terri) Greene joined CSC Insurance Options in 2002 as part of a merger with the John Culp Agency in Monessen, where she worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than 20 years. Ms. Greene is a Personal Lines Assistant who supports CSC’s 16-member Personal Insurance sales and customer service staff. She assures that our personal insurance customers receive one-on-one attention to their needs. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent. |

Kathy Jakela, a Donora resident, started with CSC Insurance Options in 1991. Currently, she is Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Executive, training and directing a 14-person team who handle customer service for the Personal Lines Division while personally handling select VIP customer accounts. At CSC, Ms. Jakela progressed from Receptionist to Commercial Lines CSR Assistant to Customer Service Representative to her present position. Previously, Ms. Jakela worked for nine years with the Colgan Agency in Donora. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Ms. Jakela also has completed the first of five portions toward her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. |

Linda Martik, of Finleyville, has been with CSC Insurance Options since 1998. A licensed agent in Property & Casualty, Ms. Martik started as a Receptionist and was promoted in 1999 to her current position as Customer Service Representative to personal insurance customers. Previously she worked for seven years in customer service, accounts receivable and title work for an automotive dealership and has more than two decades of experience in accounting for a construction company. Ms. Martik recently completed the homeowner’s portion of her CSIR Designation. |

Dean Mathies of Finleyville has been with CSC Insurance Options since 1988 as Network Administrator, and holds a degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While working at CSC as Network Administrator, he also served as CSC’s Claims Manager until 2002. He traveled nationwide for AMS Services for two years as a Computer Analyst. Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Mathies owned Mathies Insurance in Finleyville, and was a Claims Adjuster for Underwriters Adjusting Company. |

Martha (Marty) McCloy, a Sales Retention Specialist at CSC Insurance Options, started in 1996 as a Sales Agent. In addition to working to retain customers, she has played a key role in organizing CSC’s expansions and mergers. Ms. McCloy brings a nearly 20-year history in the insurance field, having worked at the Dwight Williams Agency, the Ruschak Agency, and the Welsh Agency locally. Throughout her career, she has held sales-driven capacities in Property & Casualty, Health and Life insurance. She also worked in health field for five years. A Charleroi graduate, Ms. McCloy resides in Monessen, and is an active speaker to local organizations and schools. Ms. McCloy has been licensed since 1984 in Casualty, Property and Allied lines, and was recognized by Donegal Insurance for outstanding sales performance. |

Susan McMichael, of West Newton, has been a Customer Service Representative with CSC since joining the agency in 2002. She acts as front line to CSC’s Personal Insurance customers, putting her nearly two decades of experience to work for them. Prior to her joining CSC Insurance Options, she worked for four years as Customer Service Representative and Office Manager for the Matt Knizner State Farm Agency in Greensburg, and was a Customer Service Representative for the Charles M. Mills Agency in Greensburg for nine years. Ms. McMichael has been licensed in Property & Casualty and Health since 1988, and earned her Life License in 1992. She also holds a CISR designation. |

Robert Paraschak, a Certified Insurance Counselor and Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, joined CSC Insurance Options in 2002 after a 23-year career in the Public Sector. Mr. Paraschak, a resident of Pittsburgh, holds a BA and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, he reviews, analyzes and services existing CSC middle market commercial accounts. In addition, he underwrites and sells to prospective middle market commercial clients. |

Mary Perrotta, a Donora resident, is a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent who troubleshoots all new policies to assure they are processed error-free. Ms. Perrotta started as a Receptionist at CSC in 2000 and was promoted to Customer Service Representative prior to her current assignment in quality assurance. She brings 15 years of management and customer service experience from previous positions in the banking and medical industries. |

Al Poroda, a Sales Agent and Monongahela resident, has been with CSC Insurance Options since 1997. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Management, is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 1997, and earned his Life & Health License in 2004. Mr. Poroda served for three years as Sales Supervisor for CSC, and is a former General Manager for McDonald’s Corporation for 13 years. In 2002, he was one of three individuals at CSC recognized by Donegal Insurance Company for top agency sales. In his current position, Mr. Poroda is one of CSC’s primary contacts for Business Development in Personal Lines. |

Lynn Rauch, Vice President of CSC Insurance Options, is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Licensed Property & Casualty Agent. Ms. Rauch, a Peters Township resident, has worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years throughout the Pittsburgh area. Upon joining CSC in 1988, she has held several positions in the Commercial Lines Department including Commercial Lines Manager before being named agency Vice President in 2008. In addition to assisting the President in the general management of the agency, Ms. Rauch oversees the CSC’s Human Resource and Compliance activities, manages CSC’s Commercial Lines Department and serves as an Account Executive for CSC’s large commercial accounts. |

Krissie S. Sprowls is a Washington, PA resident and has been with CSC Insurance Options since 1999. A Group Benefit Account Executive, Ms. Sprowls is Penn Commercial-educated and licensed in Accident & Health, Life and Fixed Annuities since 1995. She has been involved in the insurance industry since 1991, having worked for Washington-based agencies of Hood Insurance, Meyer & Eckenrode and Morgan Benefits. |

Lori Jo Stange, of West Newton, is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative whose career has focused on front line service, problem solving and customer interaction. She holds nearly 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, seven of which have been as a Customer Service Representative for Personal Insurance customers at CSC Insurance Options. Her previous positions span seven years: as Office Manager for The Willow Agency in Belle Vernon and Customer Service Representative with Hood Insurance in Washington, PA. She has been a licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 1991. |

Whitehall resident Diane Tierno joined CSC in 2002 after serving as Vice President and Partner of Gerald J. Tierno & Associates Inc. in the South Hills for 14 years. As a Commercial Lines Account Executive at CSC Insurance Options, Ms. Tierno puts her agency ownership and industry experience to work to keep CSC’s Insurance Customers informed about their policies and the best options available for them. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, and has been a licensed Property & Casualty and Health Agent since 1990. |

Bonnie Vedder has been with CSC since 1994. Serving as the Commercial Division’s Technical Operations Administrator, Ms. Vedder assures that a five-person team’s work is compliant with procedures, troubleshoots proposals and renewals, and spearheads special projects. She started with CSC as a Receptionist, then acted as Assistant to the President, where she had an active role with Marketing, Commercial Lines and Claims for six years, then progressed to Personal Lines Assistant, Personal Lines Customer Service Rep and Commercial Lines Assistant before handling her current assignment. Ms. Vedder also brings 14 years of administrative and supervisory knowledge gained while working in the retail, manufacturing and hotel industries. Ms. Vedder is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. |
